Please read these terms carefully before using our car rental services. By renting a vehicle from BAZO Motors, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BAZO Motors' car rental services and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
BAZO Motors reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by Malaysian law and any disputes will be resolved in Malaysian courts.
Rental Agreement
- All rentals are subject to a signed rental agreement
- Renter must be at least 21 years old with a valid driving license
- International driving license holders must also present their passport
- Rental period begins when vehicle is collected and ends when returned
- Extension of rental period must be approved in advance
- Early return does not entitle renter to refund of unused days
Vehicle Requirements
- Renter must inspect vehicle before taking possession
- Any existing damage must be noted on the rental agreement
- Vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received
- Fuel tank must be returned at the same level as when collected
- All personal belongings must be removed upon return
- Vehicle must be returned to the designated location
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of rental
- We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers
- A security deposit may be required for certain vehicles
- Additional charges may apply for late returns
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- All prices are subject to change without notice
Insurance Coverage
- Basic insurance coverage is included in all rentals
- Renter is responsible for any damage not covered by insurance
- Additional insurance options are available for purchase
- Renter must report any accidents immediately
- Insurance claims must be filed within 24 hours of incident
- Coverage excludes damage from reckless driving or illegal activities
Prohibited Activities
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Using vehicle for illegal activities or racing
- Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle
- Transporting pets without prior approval
- Driving off-road or on unpaved surfaces
- Allowing unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24 hours before rental start: Full refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: 50% refund
- No-shows: No refund will be provided
- Weather-related cancellations: Full refund or rescheduling
- Vehicle unavailability: Full refund or vehicle upgrade
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
Additional Terms
Liability Limitations
- • BAZO Motors is not liable for personal belongings left in vehicles
- • Renter assumes responsibility for traffic violations and fines
- • Our liability is limited to the rental fee paid
- • We are not responsible for delays due to traffic or weather
Force Majeure
- • We are not liable for events beyond our control
- • Natural disasters, strikes, or government actions
- • Vehicle unavailability due to circumstances beyond our control
- • Alternative arrangements will be made when possible

Legal Notice
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BAZO Motors. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
